The Response: Human Workplaces

Don't miss the rest of our COVID-19 related content!

In this episode of our interactive AMA-style interview series, The Response, we talk to Maddie Grant, Culture Designer, Digital Strategist and Writer for Human Workspaces.

Maddie’s work with associations revolves around culture change - which is usually a slow process (the current buzzword is digital transformation, which she likes to say is just culture change + vendor selection). The pandemic has exponentially accelerated culture change for all associations and she’s excited to share some of the impact and learned lessons in her work with the American Society of Plant Biologists.

About Maddie

Maddie Grant is an expert digital strategist and culture designer whose superpower is skillful shepherding of organizations through culture change and digital transformation. She is currently embedded with the American Society of Plant Biologists. Alongside her consulting work at Human Workplaces, Maddie is an accomplished author who has written several books with her partner (in business and life) Jamie Notter, including When Millennials Take Over: Preparing for the Ridiculously Optimistic Future of Business, and the Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement

The Response is a live conversation with association and event industry leaders, who are navigating changes and cancellations, and adjusting their marketing efforts due to COVID-19.
