Your monthly subscription covers your Feathr platform license and includes access to Feathr Academy and the Help Desk. If onboarding is part of your plan, that's a one-time fee based on the level of support you choose.
If you run paid ads, your media budget is separate and entirely up to you — you control how much you spend and when. Optional services like Campaign Management Services flights, creative development, advanced onboarding, or data integrations are also available for an additional fee — but nothing will be added to your account without your consent.
Campaign Management Services (CMS) are available on the Managed plan. Our team handles strategy, build, launch, and optimization of your campaigns for you.
CMS is sold by the Flight — a coordinated set of campaigns built to drive a specific outcome, like driving event registrations, growing a membership program, or supporting an annual giving push. Most customers buy one Flight per major initiative, and you can buy as many per year as your goals require. Pricing varies based on scope — talk to sales for a custom quote.
