About our presenters

Kara Adams, M.Ed, CAE

As a Client Success Manager at Blue Sky eLearn, Kara works closely with her association clients and advocates for their success by focusing on strategic ways to streamline processes, improve the learner’s experience and expand audiences to achieve short and long term goals. She has most recently held education leadership roles at two associations where she was charged with transforming online learning programs. She went through the LMS selection, implementation, and launch process with Blue Sky's Path LMS at both, and introduced many new learning initiatives along the way.

As a thought leader, she has co-authored and contributed to articles, collaborated as a webcast presenter, participated on panel discussions, and will be presenting again at the 2019 ASAE Annual Meeting.

Currently based in Chicago but originally from "out west", Kara has a diverse background in fundraising for higher education, at-risk youth program development and animal behavior. Kara enjoys having picnics with her two dogs and aspires to someday own an Airstream trailer to travel the country fly-fishing.
